I read a breakdown of the actual effect of the temperature of food/water on your body temperature and IIRC it was essentially moot either way. You weigh too much and spend too much time pumping fluids around for such a small amount of material to make any real difference unless the temperature's extreme enough to injure you, or you're, like, shoveling ice water into your body as fast as you can.
