I have a theory on warm and hot foods. It's most likely quackery. The problem is that people eat hot foods when it's hot out and cold foods when it's cold out. I believe that people would be better off deciding what to eat based on the temperature of their food. If you are physically cold, eat something hot. And if you are hot that day (during summer), eat something cold. This will keep you sated
